We set out to fix the system, not just fill the role.

Snapscale grew out of a simple frustration practice owners kept voicing: the staffing they were sold never came with a plan. People arrived undertrained, unsupported, and unbacked — and when someone left or got sick, the practice absorbed the chaos.

Today, Snapscale supports clinics and medical practices across specialties with dedicated virtual assistants, billing specialists, patient-facing technology, and a delivery model that ties it all together.

Chief Executive Officer

A lifelong entrepreneur driven to help businesses achieve real operational efficiency. Michael founded his first company in 1999 and has spent the years since building HIPAA-compliant outsourcing operations across the US, the Philippines, and India. He's known for a relentless curiosity about technology and a people-first instinct that shapes how Snapscale runs today. He lives in Scotch Plains, NJ, with his wife Alison and their sons Jack and Nate.
